While your Dentist looks after your existing teeth, a Dental Prosthetist looks after replacing missing teeth using prosthetics such as a denture.

At Turramurra Denture clinic our Local Prosthetist Ricky Schumann can help you understand what type of denture you require and the options that are available.

All of our dentures are customised and hand made  in our onsite dental laboratory from impressions taken of your mouth. These dentures include the below

Full or complete dentures are required if you’re missing all of your natural teeth normally  made by acrylic teeth and base plate.

Partial Denture

A partial removable denture can be used if you are only missing some of your natural teeth. They can rest on a metal framework that attaches to your natural teeth and made  from either chrome or acrylic.

Full Denture

An implant-supported denture has special attachments that snap onto implants within the jaw. These dentures can be is used when a person doesn't have any teeth in the jaw.

Relines and repairs

A denture reline is the placement of an entirely new fitting surface on your denture. This becomes necessary because our mouths are in a constant state of change

Implants

Is used an alternative the traditional partial denture. As the name suggest is flexible due to the material it is made with.
